"What can I do if a product I got from Galaxy Distributing has a problem?"
Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss any problems you might be having. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.
If there are irrevocable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement under our 90 day warranty.
If you did not buy your product directly from Galaxy Distributing, you need to contact the vendor who sold it to you. It may still be possible for you to return a faulty product directly to Galaxy Distributing and get a replacement sent directly to you, but first this needs to be discussed with the person who was responsible for the original order with Galaxy Distributing.
*Please note we do not provide any technical support or software support whatsoever for products that were not bought from Galaxy Distributing.
"Does Galaxy Distributing offer any kind of guarantee or warranty?"
Yes - Galaxy Distributing chooses products to sell based on their high quality designs and proven hardware reliability. So the quality is guaranteed.
We check all your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included.
All our products are covered by a 90 DAY WARRANTY for return and repair/replacement.
In essence this means that faulty products due to workmanship or materials ( Abuse is not covered) can be returned by to Galaxy Distributing, where we will make the repairs or instant replacement and ship the new goods back to you.

We don't believe companies should ignore their customers or try to hide from problems. We will do our best to deal with your enquiries promptly and helpfully.
Please tell us if you are a drop-shipper and have returns issues with the products you have sold to your customers: we can do RMA directly with your customers or they can do it through you.
How Long Do Orders Take To Deliver?
Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the item, the size of the order, and the destination. ***ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY IF PLACED AND PAID FOR BEFORE 2PM EST***
The majority of orders arrive with our customers within 2-3 days of placing an order if located in the United States.
